The TIR system has been devised to facilitate to the maximum extent the international movement of goods under Customs seals. The system provides transit countries with the required guarantees to cover the Customs duties and taxes at risk. A balance is struck between the responsibilities of the Customs authorities and those of the international trading community.

The TIR system offers the following benefits to the different stakeholders involved in the international movement of goods:

• Facilitation of transport and trade
• reduces transport costs by reducing formalities and delays in transit;
• facilitates transit movements by the application of standardized controls and documentation; and

In a meeting with the managing Director of Chabahar FTZ during his two-day visit to the region, the Afghanistan Envoy to Iran said: “Due to its proximity, economical interest and high security this region will replace the ports of Karachi and Dubai in the near future.”Mohammad Yahya Maaroofi added: “The readiness of facilities and necessary infrastructures in the Chabahar Free Trade Zone and its proximity to the Indian Ocean can bring Afghanistan closer to the world.” He reiterated: “The two countries of Afghanistan and Iran have a lot in common as far as culture, history and religion are concerned, which can constitute a basis for economical ties.”The Afghan Envoy stressed: “Once the Delaram-Zaranj access road is complete, Afghanistan can become an attractive option for distribution and re-export of goods to Central Asia for the Chabahar Free Trade Zone.”

Normally, for 12500 MT vessels, we arrange loading and discharging using 5 hooks during a week. We can provide these services in Bandar Abbas and Imam Khomeini port, Bandar Anzali and etc. Also we have ready trucks for direct transportation from vessel to depot place that includes the  stores. Also we have facilities for transportation to inland places in Iran, CIS, Caucasian, Afghanistan, Iraq, Turkey and Russia by Rail ,Vessel or as Multimodal transportation (Via Caspian Sea).
