President adviser in free zones affairs in a meeting with Indian minister in regarding to invest capital for Chabahar Port Developing and establishing Rail Way Chabahar-Fahraj said there is not any problem or obstacle for investing capital of Indian companies. The Parliament approved a bill for annexation of Shahid Beheshti & Shahid Kalantari jetties to Chabahar Free Zone. So these jetties will be considered as Free Zone for max further 6 months. Dr. Salahi, President Adviser in free economic zones affairs, with reference to historical relationship between two nations and India’s economical & industrial progress recently said Iran will be meet India invest capital in regarding to transiting goods to Afghanistan and CIS countries.Indian minister focuses on investing capital regard to significance of Chabahar Port for transiting Indian goods to CIS and Afghanistan and import of raw material from the same countries to India.

According to the new direction, solid bitumen which is packed into drums, like previous procedure, will be done by the virtue of Iran customs by having export permission of G and Pasargad companies and through the exiting gates.Having export permission of G and Pasargad companies, exporting of break bulk liquid bitumen which is in tankers depends on sampling and testing it by customs. If the result of testing equals to the characteristics of bitumen, the activities of issuance will be performed. But the result of analyzing test will be sent to the expertise party at the standard institution. In this respect the president of customs formalities of Iran based on the letter of the Preventing & Planning president of the central headquarter of combating against smuggled goods and foreign exchange said: if solid bitumen which is packed in drums is offered by purchasing evidence at international price from the two G & Pasargad companies, it will not include in the improved direction which is issued by the headquarter of combating against smuggled goods & foreign exchange.

The details of the warehouse:

The operation of constructing a sight of 13 hectare Container Terminal yard of the partner of this Company which is located at Shahid Rajaee Port Organization for offloading and loading, depot of the empty and full containers, stuffing and stripping the containers has been started by an investment about 90 milliard Rials on the basis of a Contract concluded with the Ports & Shiping Organization of Hormozgan Province for 15 years with the purpose of BOT long-terms investment.

Moreover, the investment for purchasing the required port equipments and machineries for the revenue operation is about 95 milliard Rials. The operation of the yard construction has progressed physically about %75 and now 5 hectare of this area is ready for revenue operation.
