For the cargoes you consign to AZP Group, the required docs are as bellow:

·        1. O B/L: Instead of original B/L you can fax the copy of the same if you surrender B/L in Port Of Loading. In this case you should ask the Shipping Line to send the release message to their agent in Iran and fax a copy of the same to our office.

·        2. Invoice 

·        3. Packing List

·        4. Insurance (if any)

·        5. Certificate of Origin

The way you fill B/L for entrance Customs and transit to any inland points in Iran or transit to a third country is as following:

• 1. Consignee or Notify Party : "AZAR PAD-E-KHORASAN Int'l Shipping & Transport Co. Tel : 0098 511 7628666 Fax: 0098 511 7627673 or 7627766 "
• Warning: Kindly please insert our company name rightly and completely; otherwise besides delay in delivery it is needed to amend the O B/L in Port Of Loading and the B/L will be fined about $50 - $70 in the entrance Customs.
• 2. Transit Clause (which must be written in O B/L): “Cargo in transit to .... (final destination) via Bandar Abbas through AZAR PAD-E-KHORASAN Co".
• 3. You make sure that the final destination which is inserted into the O B/L by the shipping line is clearly and correctly the destination you required; otherwise, besides delay in delivery there should be paid $50 - $70 as fine to the entrance Customs.
